    Your cat's favorite bed or blanket, toys, and any special dietary food or treats to help them feel at home.

  • How are the cats housed?

    Each cat gets a private, spacious room with bedding, a litter box, toys, and climbing features. Cats from the same household can share larger suites.

  • What food do you provide?

    Black Hawk, Royal Canin, and Taste of the Wild dry food are provided. You can bring your own food, and fresh water is always available.

  • What are your vaccination requirements?

    Cats must have up-to-date FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia) vaccinations. Proof of vaccination is required before or at check-in.

  • How often will my cat be fed?

    Cats are fed according to their usual schedule, usually twice a day, but this can be adjusted as needed.

  • What happens if my cat requires medical attention?

    They have agreements with local vets. If medical attention is needed, they will contact you and take your cat to a nearby clinic with your permission. Veterinary contact information is required.

  • How much time will my cat spend outside their suite?

    Cats get daily playtime in a public area if permitted, with only cats from the same household. A private play area is available for nervous or special-needs cats.

  • How do you handle cats with anxiety or special needs?

    They provide Feliway diffusers for nervous cats and offer private areas for extra attention and care. The staff is trained to manage stress-free environments.

  • Can I check on my cat during their stay?

    Yes, 24/7 camera access is available for your cat's room. You can check on your cat at any time, except during playtime. They are also available via email or call for any concerns.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    Reservations can be made through their website, by calling 03 91127147, or emailing info@ohayopet.com.au. Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak holiday seasons.
