They have agreements with local vets. If medical attention is needed, they will contact you and take your cat to a nearby clinic with your permission. Veterinary contact information is required.

Cats get daily playtime in a public area if permitted, with only cats from the same household. A private play area is available for nervous or special-needs cats.

Yes, 24/7 camera access is available for your cat's room. You can check on your cat at any time, except during playtime. They are also available via email or call for any concerns.
