What should I bring for my cat's stay?

We recommend bringing your cat's favourite bed or blanket, a few toys and any special dietary food or treats. This helps to make your cat feel more at home.

How are the cats housed?

Each cat has their own private, spacious room equipped with comfortable bedding, a litter box, climbing features and some toys. For cats from the same household, we offer shared accommodations in our larger suites.

What food do you provide?

We provide Black Hawk, Royal Canin and Taste of the Wild dry food for free. If you would like to bring your own food please provide enough for the entire stay and any specific feeding instructions. Fresh water is available at all times.

What are your vaccination requirements?

All cats must be up-to-date on their vaccinations, including FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia). Please provide proof of vaccination before or upon check-in.

How often will my cat be fed?

We aim to follow your cat's usual feeding schedule to maintain their routine.

Usually they will be fed twice a day but we can adjust the schedule based on their needs.

What happens if my cat requires medical attention?

We have agreements with nearby veterinarian clinics. If your cat requires medical attention we will contact your immediately and will bring your cat to an available clinic with your permission. Please make sure to provide us with your veterinarian's contact information and any relevant medical history.

How much time will my cat spend outside their suite?

Each cat gets daily individual playtime in our public play areas if we have your permission to do so. Your cat will only be playing with friends from the same household.

We also offer a private play area for more nervous or shy cats who need a quieter environment.

How do you handle cats with anxiety or special needs?

Being introduced into a foreign environment can be difficult, if you have a nervous cat we are happy to provide Feliway diffusers to help with their stress. We also have specially designed private play areas for more nervous cats and provide extra attention and care to help them feel comfortable. Our staff is trained to handle various behaviours and needs, ensuring a stress-free stay.

Can I check on my cat during their stay?

Absolutely! We offer 24/7 camera access to your cat's room for free! So you can see how your cat's doing whenever you like, except when they are out for playtime of course! We also welcome emails or calls if you have any questions or concerns during your cat's stay.

How do I make a reservation?
