We’re committed to providing the best service possible, and that includes making sure your pet products arrive quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to learn more about our shipping procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): please refer to quote at Checkout.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): please refer to quote at Checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or weather conditions.

3. Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at our warehouse in16A Kelly Court Springvale 3171 VIC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
  • Our pickup hours are Monday-Sunday 10am - 5pm. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up your order.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to offer this service soon. Stay tuned!

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes using Australia Post. If you choose express shipping, please provide a physical address to ensure timely delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to certain remote areas and islands. If your delivery address falls into one of these categories, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

8. Damages and Issues

  • We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ohayopet.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
